Ezhan Resources offers anime-inspired jerseys, apparel, and related merchandise, including pre-order and limited-edition items.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, design placement, or material may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturing processes.

We do not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations beyond what is stated in the product description.

Availability & Limitations

Products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities per order, per customer, or per region, and to discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Pre-order items are produced only after the pre-order period ends.

• All delivery dates provided for pre-orders are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Production, logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances may result in delays.
• Once production has begun, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by us.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or content at any time without liability.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for price changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of products or services.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information. Failure to do so may result in order delays or cancellation.

If an order is modified or cancelled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Ezhan Resources ships domestically and internationally.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
• Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
• Ezhan Resources is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to pay customs charges.

Any additional costs incurred due to returned, abandoned, or re-shipped parcels will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unless stated otherwise:

• All pre-order and limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Ready-stock items may only be eligible for return or exchange if defective or incorrectly shipped.

Claims for defects or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, supported by clear photo or video evidence.

We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet these requirements.

In the event that a parcel is returned to Ezhan Resources due to the customer’s failure to respond to the courier, answer calls, reply to messages or emails, or collect the parcel within the courier’s holding period, the order will be deemed abandoned.

Ezhan Resources will not process any re-delivery, refund, or replacement for such cases. As additional return shipping and handling charges are incurred, any returned parcel may be disposed of at our discretion.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their provided phone number and email address are active, reachable, and regularly monitored to prevent delivery failure.

Any reviews, comments, or feedback submitted to Ezhan Resources may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

By submitting content, you grant Ezhan Resources a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content. You confirm that your submissions do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

• For unlawful purposes
• To infringe intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Site security
• To collect or misuse personal data of others

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Selangor, Malaysia.

Any disputes shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Selangor under the rules of the Malaysian Arbitration Association. Arbitration awards shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
