Return Policy
At Ezhan Resources, we ensure that all products are carefully processed and shipped in good condition. However, if there is an issue with the item received, you may return the product purchased online within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- The original invoice must be included as proof of purchase.
- Sale or discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- If you request an exchange for an item with a different price, any price difference will not be refunded.
- The following reasons are not valid grounds for return or exchange:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection (for apparel)
- No longer wanting the item
- Only purchases made via our official online store (ezhanresources.com) are eligible for return or exchange at our HQ.
- We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if we determine that the policy is being abused.
- All return shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

Can I return my item for an exchange?
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us at

Note: The following reasons are not valid grounds for return:
- Not as per advertised
- Change of mind
How long do I have to return an item?
You must submit a report within 7 days upon receiving the item.
Any report or claim made after the return window will be considered invalid.
Who will bear the postage fee for returned items?
The return postage fee must be paid by the customer.
Once the return is accepted (subject to quality control inspection and valid return reason), a reimbursement will be processed accordingly.
When will I receive my exchange item?
All returns must be initiated and approved before a replacement is processed.
- Once completed, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return and exchange.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for quality control inspection.
If my returned item is not exchangeable, can I request a refund?
We will do our best to provide a replacement item.
However, if an exchange is not possible, a full refund for the item/order will be processed.
