Shipping & Delivery

Can I choose my courier service?

All courier services will be automatically assigned fastest courier available prior to customer’s address.

Local Delivery (Malaysia):

  • J&T Express
  • Poslaju eCommerce

International Delivery:

  • TNT Express
  • Aramex
  • FedEx

More courier options may be added in the future.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Pre-order items
Estimated delivery dates are stated in the product description. While we aim to meet the timeline, delays of up to 1–2 weeks may occur depending on manufacturing workload.

Ready stock items
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment verification.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Local Delivery (Malaysia):

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–7 business days

International Delivery:

  • Estimated 7–14 business days, subject to courier service and customs clearance.

Note: For international purchases, please ensure you are purchasing from the correct website or checkout link.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, and destination country.

Why does my tracking number show “No Record”?

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after courier pickup. Please do not worry if there is no immediate movement.

If there is still no update after 24 hours, email support@ezhanresources.com with:

I haven’t received my tracking number

Tracking numbers are generated only after an order is processed and shipped, usually within 2 business days.

If your order is marked as “Shipped” but you did not receive a tracking email, contact support@ezhanresources.com with:

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are not guaranteed and depend on order status.
No changes are allowed once an order has been processed or shipped.

What if I’m not available during delivery?

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times or leave a notice if no one is available. You may contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or self-collection.

Note: Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel to avoid failed delivery.

What if my parcel is returned to sender?

Once received, our team will notify you via email regarding re-delivery arrangements.

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Failed Delivery & Unreachable Consignee

If a parcel is returned to us due to no response, unreachable contact details, or failure to receive delivery, no re-delivery or refund will be provided.

In such cases, the parcel may be disposed of in accordance with courier and operational policies.

Customers are strongly advised to ensure that:

  • Contact numbers are active and reachable
  • Delivery addresses are accurate and complete
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel during delivery attempts

Ezhan Resources will not be responsible for losses arising from failed deliveries caused by incorrect or unresponsive customer contact information.

Do you offer self-pickup?

No, self-pickup is currently not available.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, delivery to P.O. Boxes is not supported.

International Shipping

How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, and destination country.

Will I need to pay import taxes or duties?

Yes. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your local authorities.

Ezhan Resources is not responsible for these charges. Customers are responsible for any additional fees required for customs clearance.

Can I purchase for someone overseas?

Yes. Please contact support@ezhanresources.com, and we’ll assist you where possible.

Accounts

Do I need an account to purchase?

No. You may check out as a guest or register for an account.
Creating an account allows order tracking and access to member benefits.

How do I reset my password?

Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Orders

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive an order confirmation email with your Order Number.

Once payment is verified, production will take approximately 3–4 weeks. Shipping details will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

Can I modify my order after checkout?

No changes can be made once an order is placed. Please review carefully before checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are considered only for valid reasons (e.g. duplicate orders) and are subject to approval.

Requests due to change of mind will not be accepted.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, COD is not available.

What is toyyibPay?

ToyyibPay allows installment payments with 2% interest and RM1 processing fee.

I was charged twice. What should I do?

Measurements are listed on each product page. Minor size variations may occur due to material and production process.
